葡萄牙 MCR2 旧宅改造

位于历史悠久的国家18号公路的岸边，可以看到Serra da Estrela的景色，老房子是在流经它的溪流附近的岩石上开始建造的。建于20世纪初，其形状让我们猜测是一座两层楼高的简陋房屋，它同时服务于家庭的农业和住宅活动。

Located on the bank of the historical National 18 and with a view over the Serra da Estrela, the old house began by occupying the rocks that rose near the stream that flows through it. Built at the beginning of the 20th century, the shape allows us to guess a two-storey house of humble character, which simultaneously served the agricultural and residential activity of the family.

农田沿国道向北延伸，房子建立在南边，这里的岩石不允许任何形式的耕种。大约在上世纪50年代，又增建了一座附属建筑，位于现有房屋的北面。

The agricultural land is extended to the north along the National Road, the house was established to the south, where the rock did not allow any kind of cultivation. Around the 1950s, an annex was added, which was located to the north of the existing house.

经历了多年的荒废和家族传承，该项目从修复建筑的需求开始，使其适应当今的现代舒适度。我们面临的挑战是如何用一个简单而灵活的方案来控制苛刻的预算。这栋房子可以是度假屋，也可以是永久性的房子，或者在未来，可以是客房。

After years of abandonment and the result of a family legacy, the project started from the need to rehabilitate the building, adapting it to today's modern comfort. The challenge was to control the demanding budget with a simple and flexible program. The house can be a vacation house, a permanent house, or in the future, a guest house.

该项目由3间卧室、一间客厅、厨房和储藏室组成，这不允许保留建筑原有的功能。另一方面，当地法规限制了土地的使用。原有的建筑被保留下来，附件的想法被证明是项目概念的起点。因此，附属建筑有其自身的功能：在没有空间的情况下，建造一个相邻的空间。

The project consists of 3 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and storage room, and this did not allow the preservation of the buildings original functions. On the other hand, the local regulations limited the use of the land. The pre-existing building was maintained and the idea of the annex proved to be a starting point for the concept of the project. The annex thus serves its own function: in the absence of space, an adjacent space is built.

房间被分割在花岗岩建筑的两层，其中一个房间，是一个储藏室，将来可以改造成一个睡眠空间。公共空间，厨房和客厅，都在附楼。在形式上，花岗岩和屋顶的棱柱都是挤压成型的。在材料上，新旧区分，在同一屋檐下：石材和波纹板，并排和连续。

The rooms are divided over the two floors of the granite building, one of them, a storage room that can be converted into a sleeping space in the future. The common spaces, the kitchen and living room, are in the annex. Regarding the form, the granite and roof prism were extruded. In materiality, the new and old were distinguished, sheltered under the same roof: the stone and the corrugated sheet, side-by-side and in continuity.

在内部，我们追求的是材料的简单性和没有细节的幻觉所带来的中立性。室内的概念通过使用开口的方式来传达，这些开口的位置战略性地朝向景观，并通过木材的准时使用来传达。

Inside, the neutrality given by the simplicity of the materials and the illusion of the absence of detail was sought. The idea of interiority is conveyed in the use of the openings, strategically located towards the landscape and by the punctual use of wood.
