Part 01/ 初见印象

项目坐落于广东省惠东县，位于全球最具经济活力的“粤港澳大湾区”，毗邻大湾区战略发展核心城市——深圳、香港，隶属亚婆角海滨旅游区。

The project is located in  Huidong County, Guangdong Province. It is located in the world's most economically dynamic "GBA". It is adjacent to Shenzhen and Hong Kong, the core cities of the Bay Area's strategic development, and belongs to the yapojiao coastal tourism area.

2019年8月，设计团队初见项目，第一次探勘现场的感觉，既兴奋又忐忑。兴奋于这里的山、海、夕阳与美景，却也因山体高差大、项目高定位、多专业协作的复杂等挑战感到忐忑。

In August 2019, when we saw the project for the first time and explored the site for the first time, we felt excited and nervous. Excited by the beautiful scenery of the mountains, the sea, the setting sun, but also worried by the challenges such as the large height difference of the mountains, the high positioning of the project, and the complexity of multi-disciplinary cooperation.

当身临海岸，看着得天独厚的自然环境资源，我们脑袋中浮现的是“所有人梦里的诗和远方就应该在这里去实现”，引用海子的诗——“从明天起做一个幸福的人，我有一所房子，面朝大海，春暖花开。”便是我们对项目的愿景向往。

When facing the coast and looking at the advantaged natural environment and resources, what emerges in the designer's mind is that "all people's dream poems and distant places should be realized here", quoting Haizi's poem: "to be a happy person from tomorrow, I have a house facing the sea, with spring flowers blooming." It is the vision of landscape design for the project.

Part 02/ 如何留住最美的海

Part 02 / how to keep the most beautiful sea

 “如何留住最美的海”是我们对景观思考的出发点，就此，我们提出了“一线串珠18景”的景观规划构想，即在项目中打造最美的18个景观亮点，用一条环状立体漫步道串联起来，同时让各个区域的住户都能够推门而出后通过漫步道，以最便捷的方式到达临海界面看海。

"How to keep the most beautiful sea" is the starting point for the design team to think about the landscape. In this regard, the designer proposed the landscape planning concept of "18 scenes with a string of beads", that is, to create the most beautiful 18 landscape highlights in the project, and connect them with a circular three-dimensional promenade. At the same time, the residents in each area can push the door out, and then walk through the promenade to reach the seaside in the most convenient way The interface looks at the sea.

在院子里打造独一无二的滨海度假公园，而这条环绕立体漫步道以及她的18颗珍珠，则将会成为编制我们度假生活的带状容器。

Create a unique Seaside Resort Park in the courtyard, and this three-dimensional walk and her 18 pearls will become a ribbon container for our holiday life.

设计从三个维度进行景观打造——色彩、材料、植物

The design creates the landscape from three dimensions: color, material and plant。

色彩：项目天光云影、海天一色，宛如童话里的公主一样纯洁高贵。只有为她披上一件洁白的婚纱，才能彰显她的天生丽质。景观就是这件主纱，以纯净的白色为主基调，纯净清爽、气质动人。材料：选材遵循“低碳环保”理念，选用了性能与石材接近的陶瓷仿石砖为主材。

植物：以本土植物为主，不必浓脂艳抹，用最素雅纯朴的种植搭配，陪衬山与海的原生美。

 Color: the project is pure and noble like a princess in a fairy tale. Only for her to put on a white wedding dress, in order to show her natural beauty. Landscape is the main yarn, with pure white as the main tone, pure and refreshing, charming temperament.

 Materials: the material selection follows the concept of "low carbon and environmental protection", and the ceramic imitation stone brick with performance close to stone is selected as the main material.

 Plants: mainly native plants, do not need to be thick fat, with the most elegant and simple planting collocation, set off the original beauty of mountain and sea.

在构思定位之初，我们景观就希望在半山腰上打造一处可媲美新加坡金沙酒店屋顶的极限空中泳池——半山无敌海景泳池，让她成为一线串珠十八景里最亮的一颗珍珠。

整个泳池为悬挑结构，设计手法创新大胆，半山泳池设计采用“飞鱼入海”为造型，拥有面积近2000㎡的活动空间，100米长的泳池海景界面，80米长的飞鱼廊架，可以满足海滨度假生活的所有想象。

At the beginning of the conception and positioning, the design team hoped to build an extreme air swimming pool on the hillside, which is comparable to the roof of Singapore Sands Hotel - the invincible sea view swimming pool on the hillside, making it the brightest pearl among the 18 sceneries with a string of pearls.

The whole swimming pool is a cantilevered structure with bold and innovative design methods. The mid level swimming pool is designed in the shape of "flying fish into the sea". It has an activity space of nearly 2000 square meters, a 100 meter long swimming pool sea view interface and an 80 meter long flying fish rack, which can meet all the imagination of seaside vacation life.

别墅板房花园，海上升明月

我们希望将极简主义的现代风情装进我们的家里。周末可以约上三五个好友，在我们的别墅花园里聚会烧烤、戏水SPA，晚上同样可以和家人共赏“海上升明月”。

We hope to put minimalist modern style into our home. On the weekend, we can make an appointment with three or five friends to have a barbecue and water spa in our villa garden. In the evening, you can also enjoy the "moon rising from the sea" with your family.

Part 03/ 施工历程

Part 03 / construction history

为了平衡成本、工期与落地效果，景观从设计前期到落地，共经历了十五版的规划调整、十三版的边坡挡墙调整、七版建筑调整等等，最终景观图纸以接近二十版的大小方案成果才得以定稿。每一处的节点细节，都倾注了我们设计团队、施工团队与甲方的共同心血和汗水。

在项目现场，我们的现场施工人员日夜奋战，在各自岗位上紧张有序地忙碌，在保证安全、质量的前提下，抢进度、争时间、抓效率，用智慧破解一个个施工难题。

In order to balance the cost, construction period and landing effect, from the early stage of the design to the landing, the landscape experienced the planning adjustment of the 15th edition, the slope retaining wall adjustment of the 13th edition, the architectural adjustment of the 7th Edition, and so on. Finally, the landscape drawings were finalized with the size of the 20th edition. The details of each node are devoted to the joint efforts and sweat of the design team, construction team and Party A.

At the project site, the construction personnel are working hard day and night, busy in their respective posts in an orderly manner. On the premise of ensuring safety and quality, they are striving for progress, time and efficiency to solve construction problems with wisdom.

A.栏杆的定稿与打样 

A. Finalization and proofing of railings

由于滨海水汽大、盐分高，考虑到未来栏杆的维护和耐腐蚀等因素，我们与甲方不断寻找最适合的材料，综合考虑后最终采用304#不锈钢为主材，并前后出了五版图纸与两版栏杆实物打样，以保障栏杆最舒适的人体依靠角度，且兼顾美学与照明。

Due to the high water vapor and high salt content in the coastal area, considering the maintenance and corrosion resistance of the railings in the future, the designer and Party A continue to look for the most suitable materials. After comprehensive consideration, 304 stainless steel is finally used as the main material, and five versions of drawings and two versions of railings are produced to ensure the most comfortable human body angle of the railings, as well as aesthetics and lighting.

为了实现景观方案的完美呈现，项目方与我们设计方、施工队伍一同奔波于各个苗场挑选品质苗木。

C.坡地施工难度大

C. Slope construction is difficult

项目为山地项目，坡度大，施工难度大，场地复杂，但“办法总比困难多”，我们现场工程团队攻坚克难，只为献上最美的海。有别于平地施工，坡度大的位置泥土不稳，施工人员也无法站稳，没法按日常使用白灰放线，斟酌后采用了钉桩拉线的方式，以防“跑线”，并且打护桩让苗木有扎根之处，使人有了立锥之地；苗木需要二次转运，我们工程团队以“最快、最省”原则灵活调用机械，且通过梭槽运输方式转运地被，并清理多余土方和石头。

The project is a mountain project, with large slope, difficult construction and complex site. However, "there are more ways than difficulties". Shunyin's on-site team has overcome difficulties to offer the most beautiful sea. Different from the construction on the flat ground, the soil is not stable at the place with large slope, and the construction personnel can't stand stably, so they can't set out according to the daily use of lime. After careful consideration, the method of nailing piles and pulling wires is adopted to prevent "running away", and the protective piles are driven to make the seedlings take root, so that people can have a foothold; the seedlings need to be transported twice, and our company flexibly uses the machinery according to the principle of "the fastest and the least" The shuttle trough is used to transport the ground cover and remove the surplus earthwork and stones.

工地常说：“没有挖机去不了的地方”，但在这里却遇上了，施工团队利用吊机，给“无路可走”的挖机插上翅膀顺利到达着陆目的地；由于坡差高、坡面大，在面临大雨时是一个重大的考验——山洪对新平的场地、新种的苗木破坏力大，因此导致多次冲毁，需要多次修复。

项目效果的完美呈现凝聚了无数人辛苦的汗水。为了塑造一个有温度的精致家园，甲方、我们设计团队、施工团队把劲儿往一处使，既有精致匠人的精神，也有浪漫诗人的气质，在团结一心、匠人匠心下，得以打造出了这片山海边的艺术家园。

The perfect presentation of the project effect condensed the hard work of countless people. They have the spirit of exquisite craftsmen and the temperament of romantic poets. With the unity and ingenuity of craftsmen, they are able to create an artistic home on the mountain and seaside.

从明天起做一个幸福的人，让十里银滩·维港半岛成为梦里的诗和远方。

才能不辜负这份来自“大海的馈赠”。
