我们被国际著名的度假公司——地中海俱乐部邀请参加了非公开设计招标。招标项目范围是为意大利西卡里奥设计一个滑雪场。尽管这个项目对于佰筑来说是一个独特的项目，但我们认为对于我们的工作室而言，这将是一次非常有趣而不同的体验。

We were invited to this private design competition by Club Med, the renown resorts company. The scope of the competition was to design a Ski Resort in San Sicario (Italy). Even though it was an unusual project for 100 architects, we thought it would be a very interesting and a different exercise for our studio.

Furthermore, we took this challenge from the perspective of our design philosophy, taking advantage of the terraces which would become amazing public areas and entertainment spaces immersed in nature. We drew conceptual inspiration from the surrounding nature, creating a fa?ade system that is both functional and aesthetic. That will seek to mimic the natural transformation of the landscape occurring as altitude increases in the mountain.

作为山的坚实基础，山脚是重岩叠嶂的。当我们登山时，我们开始探索林区，参天挺立的树干层层交叠，形成了天然的布里斯托雷过滤网，阳光穿过树干照射到森林深处。最后，当我们越过森林时，我们领会到雾是如何飘散在松树顶之间的，就像悬挂的白云一样，雾化着松树顶上的晴空。

Thus, we identify the skirts of the mountain to be very rocky and solid, as a robust basement of the mount, and as we travel up on the mountain, we start discovering the forested areas, with tall & svelte trunks identified as natural brisolé nicely filtering the sunlight that reaches the inner ground of the forest. Finally, when surpassing the forest, we realize how fog gets stuck in between the Pinetops, almost like suspended white clouds that announce the clear skies above them.

同样，我们也试图反射建筑外围结构的自然过渡，根据建筑内部的功能，这些建筑也按垂直排列，相互叠放。因此，建筑的第一层与地面接触，技术设施、设备和酒店的后场空间都布置在地面上，并且采用连续的固体外墙方案，模仿了重岩叠嶂的山脚，但出于温暖和舒适的外观和感觉，选择木材作为主要材料，与乡村建筑相呼应。

In the same way, we have tried to reflect that natural transition in the building envelope, in accordance with the interior functions of the buildings which are also organized in a vertical arrangement, stacked on top of each other. Therefore, the first floors of the building in contact with the ground level where technical facilities, equipment and back of house are laid out, are solved with a continuous solid fa?ade solution, mimicking the rocky skirts of the mountain, but choosing wood as the predominant material due to its warmth and coziness look & feel, very muchrelated to rural architecture.

因此，为了容纳酒店的所有公共设施，酒店上层的玻璃表面前安装了模仿森林松树树干的、小巧的百叶窗系统。全透明的玻璃不仅为室内公共区域提供了非常好的自然采光，同时百叶窗过滤了阳光，增加了外围外观的层次感。

Consequently, the immediate upper levels intended to host all the public facilities of the hotel are solved with a system of svelte louvers placed in front of glass surfaces, mimicking the pine trunks of the forest. While the full transparency of glass grants a very good natural lighting in indoor public areas, the louvers filter that sunlight, adding a rhythmic exterior look of the envelope.

最后，客房的主体采用特殊的双外层，双外层是以不同密度排列的非常薄的木棍组成，利用外层的不透明性和透明度，模仿云层之间的雾状感觉而设计的。在露台层创造一个渗透性很强的双层外层，使我们能够在不牺牲景观和自然采光的情况下，为房间的露台提供一定程度的隐私。

Finally, the top bodies hosting the gues trooms are solved with a special double skin based on very thin sticks laid out with different densities, playing with the opacity and transparency of the skin, mimicking the foggy feeling of being in between clouds. Creating a very permeable double skin at the terrace level allows us to provide certain level of privacy to the rooms’ terraces without sacrificing views and natural lighting.

用于员工居住的楼体采用了不同的方式，试图用雪来伪装它，使其几乎不会被人注意到，这使我们能够平衡立面的成本与它的优雅和简洁，以实现整个建筑非常好的整体外观和感觉。

The body intended for staff residency is solved in a different manner, trying to camouflage it with the snow and make it almost unnoticeable, which allows us to balance the cost of the fa?ade with its elegance and simplicity, in order to achieve a very good general look & feel of the entire building.

一旦解决了建筑的垂直立面，我们同样注重它的第五个立面，屋顶和露台。我们相信这将是“度假印象”画龙点睛之笔，因为从客房可以看到它们。因此，我们还根据屋顶和露台在建筑中的作用，将其分为三种不同的类型。

Once solved the vertical facades of the building, we didn’t want to forget its 5th facades, the rooftops & terraces. We believe these ones will have a huge impact on the guests’ perception of the hotel, since they are visible from the guestrooms. Therefore, we also classified rooftops & terraces into 3 different types according to the role they play within the building.

由于三个住宅楼体都有一个隐形屋顶，因此我们设计采用砾石，以保持它简单而优雅。我们有绿色的露台，这些露台位于住宅层内，从上层可以看到。由于营造真正的绿色屋顶蕴含着很多复杂性的技术，我们认为用巨大的花盆来美化普通的屋顶是简便的，这不仅解决了屋顶的潮湿问题，还为屋顶增添了美感和时尚感。

Thus, we have the Rooftops, which are the last roofs of the 3 residential bodies, not visible and therefore solved with gravel to keep it simple but elegant. Then we have the Green Terraces, which are laid out within residential levels and are visible from upper floors. Since creating a real green roof implies a lot of technical complexities, we thought it would be convenient to beautify normal roofs with huge flower pots, which not only solve the problem of humidity on roofs but also adds beauty and style to those roofs.

最后，我们还有公共露台，基本上是室内公共区域的室外延伸，酒店的所有室外公共活动都在这里举行。我们将其设计为一个木制甲板——满足不同活动和鼓励社会互动的舒适过渡平台。

And finally, we have the Public Terraces, which are basically outdoor extensions of the indoor public areas, where all the outdoor public activities of the hotel are hosted. These ones are solved as wooden decks, cozy transitable platforms filled with different activities and features encouraging social interactions.
