一、项目概况

The overview of the project

重庆融创•曲水风和展示区项目位于重庆市沙坪坝土主镇，景观施工面积16834㎡，其中硬景面积为5744.25㎡，占比为34%，绿化种植面积为11090㎡，占比66%。项目主要景观观赏点在停车场区域、隧道区域、栈道区域、售房部区域和实体样板房等。该项目利用场地原始的自然环境进行景观重塑，使人们在方寸间感受空间的变化，感悟城市生活中的自然气息。

Chongqing Sunac poetic habitat exhibition area project is located in Tuzhu town of Shapingba, Chongqing. The landscape construction area is 16834 m2, of which the hard landscape area is 5744.25 m2, accounting for 34%, and the green planting area is 11090 m2, accounting for 66%. The main scenic spots of the project are parking lot area, tunnel area, plank road area, sales department area and entity model house. The project uses the original natural environment of the site to reshape the landscape, so that people can feel the change of space and the natural flavor of urban life.

二、项目主要亮点、工艺

Main highlights and technology of the project

1、【峡谷】Canyon

展示引入段为铺设城市管网而被挖开了一条8m深的沟壑，为了不再破坏场地现有的大基底，因此顺应开挖后的沟壑深度和走向，重塑了一条流淌于河谷之畔的自然峡谷。峡谷两侧墙体采用双曲面的结构形式来塑造峡谷的自然形式，经过多轮方案的推敲与思考，最终选用了流水文化石这种更接近真实岩层的材料作为饰面材料。为了保证整体墙面的线形与流畅度，现场在钢筋砼结构的基础上进行了二次结构造型。曲面墙体局部最大出挑长度达5m，高度约6m，这对安全性及效果方面都造成了极大的考验，故在保证面层材料不发生脱落造成安全隐患的前提下，最大限度保证设计效果，施工中通过对结构进行优化，采用悬挑挂网粘贴的方式，最终实现了设计效果。

An 8m deep gully was excavated in the exhibition lead-in section to lay the urban pipe network. In order not to damage the existing large base of the site, a natural canyon flowing along the Bank of the river valley was reconstructed according to the depth and trend of the gully after excavation. The walls on both sides of the canyon adopt the hyperboloid structure to shape the natural form of the canyon. After several rounds of deliberation and thinking, the Liushui culture stone, which is closer to the real rock layer, is finally selected as the facing material. In order to ensure the linearity and smoothness of the whole wall, the secondary structure modeling was carried out on the basis of reinforced concrete structure. The local maximum overhanging length of curved wall is 5M and the height is about 6m, which has a great test on the safety and effect. Therefore, on the premise of ensuring that the surface material does not fall off and cause potential safety hazard, the design effect is guaranteed to the maximum extent. In the construction, the structure is optimized and the overhanging hanging net pasting method is adopted, and the design effect is finally realized.

2、【隧道】Tunnel

地面水磨石基层找平收光，每隔6m设置分隔带，预防水磨石热胀开裂。水磨石需经多次打磨抛光，最后进行打蜡处理。室内还做了仿真苔藓，经与设计确定植物品种后，再进行施工。

The ground terrazzo base course shall be leveled and polished, and the partition belt shall be set every 6m to prevent the terrazzo from thermal expansion and cracking. The terrazzo needs to be polished for many times and finally waxed. The indoor simulation moss was also made, and the construction was carried out after the plant species were determined according to the design.

3、【栈道】Trestle

崖壁在转折处夹合成“一线天”的空间，正好成为“曲水风和”连接公园的开口。沿着此处台阶而上，一片简约的现代建筑群掩映在小树林后边。洞穴尽头，山河、瀑布赫然在目，也许这就是我们寻找到的回归自然的理想生活。

At the turning point of the cliff, the space of "a line of sky" just becomes the opening of "Qushui Fenghe" to connect the park. Along the steps here, a simple modern building complex is hidden behind the woods. At the end of the cave, there are mountains, rivers and waterfalls. Maybe this is the ideal life we are looking for.

4、【后场】Back court

栈桥在崖壁的缺口处向左，急转而上，路径落在岩石被人工凿成台阶的尺度上。此时，空气突然安静下来，只能听到鸟鸣和细雨的声音。走上台阶，一座简约的建筑掩映在蓊郁的小树林后边，金属与玻璃的体块光影交错，并倒影在眼前的一湾湖水之中。这是一栋未来的别墅，现在临时作为销售中心来使用。刚才飞泻的瀑布和流水完全被崖壁遮挡在外，此刻仿佛穿越一般，像是来到了另一处静谧的世外桃源。

走进建筑内部，在室内透过大玻璃幕墙望向庭院，是一幅超宽画幅的自然风景。风景里有湖面、瀑布、茶亭和森林。这其实是崖壁的背面，百转千回，追本溯源，全新的生活在这里即将开始......

The trestle turns to the left at the gap of the cliff, and the path falls on the scale that the rock is artificially chiseled into steps. At this time, the air suddenly quiet down, can only hear the sound of birds and drizzle. Walking up the steps, a simple building is hidden behind the dense woods. The light and shadow of metal and glass are interlaced and reflected in the lake. This is a villa of the future, and now it is temporarily used as a sales center. Just now, the waterfall and flowing water were completely covered by the cliff. Now it seems to be crossing, like coming to another quiet paradise.

Entering the interior of the building, you can see the courtyard through the large glass curtain wall, which is a super wide natural landscape. There are lakes, waterfalls, tea booths and forests in the scenery. It's actually the back of the cliff. It's a thousand turns. It's the beginning of a new life here.

重庆融创•曲水风和译为"POETIC HABITAT"（诗意栖居地），王小波亦在《万寿寺》中说“一个人只拥有此生此世是不够的，他还应该拥有诗意的世界。” 那诗意生活到底是什么样的呢？是避世的宁静，是文人的浪漫？还是那日月如梭中片刻的回眸？

The project’s English name is POETIC HABITAT. Wang Xiaobo also said in Wanshou temple that "it is not enough for a person to have only this life, he should also have a poetic world." What is poetic life like? Is it the tranquility of seclusion or the romance of literati? Or the fleeting sun and moon in the moment of looking back?

所谓诗意的世界并非多么遥不可及的生活，很多时候是我们只是忘了自己停下来的能力。我们很少停下来，听听在风中花落的声音，看一看身边的人，认真审视每一天的自己，在钢筋混泥土砌起来的现代建筑里倾听时间的低吟。

The so-called poetic world is not so far away from our life. Most of the time, we just forget our ability to stop. We seldom stop to listen to the sound of flowers falling in the wind, take a look at the people around us, carefully examine ourselves every day, and listen to the murmur of time in the modern buildings built with reinforced concrete.

重庆融创•曲水风和有意识地保留古道、飞瀑、石崖等传统元素，“立新”而未“破旧”，将场地空间与地域特色充分结合，使得山城富有地方风味的城市形态更具有相容性和延续性。

This project consciously retains the traditional elements such as ancient roads, waterfalls and stone cliffs, and "builds new" instead of "old". It fully combines the site space with regional characteristics, making the urban form of mountain city full of local flavor more compatible and sustainable.

这其中的糅合，还体现在其他景观上。大面积的落地玻璃窗，现代前卫，也最大化地呈现出室外景观，成为自然写就的画卷，居内感受时间的变化，居外可与自然相诉相言。

The combination is also reflected in other landscapes. Large area of floor glass windows, modern avant-garde, also maximize the outdoor landscape, become a natural picture, feeling the change of time inside, and talking with nature outside.

重庆融创•曲水风和保留传统，融入现代，用它诗意的景观语言诉说着山城的美丽，表达着现代的魅力。打破了钢筋水泥与自然的隔离，让我们以全新的方式感知自然，感知诗意。
