一、项目概况

The overview of the project

重庆融创•桃花源展示区项目位于重庆市沙坪坝土主镇，景观施工面积7500㎡。展示从平面上被分为三部分：第一段筑云水间，鸟鸣幽涧，且听溪流在碧螺。在水天相接的地方，忽现有光亮的道口，人们可以自由愉悦地游逛在世外桃园般的仙境，听潺潺溪流声，享清脆鸟鸣叫；第二段隐于府院，觅内心宁静一隅，入此境，安无心。延幽径路道物移景变，感受院府的雅韵、归隐之趣，品鉴文人雅士的生活方式；最后开席宴友，赏心乐事。

The project of Chongqing Sunac Taohuayuan exhibition area is located in Tuzhu town of Shapingba, Chongqing, with a landscape construction area of 7500 m2. The exhibition is divided into three parts: the first section is built between clouds and water, with birds singing in the secluded stream and listening to the stream flowing in Biluo. In the place where the water and the sky meet, suddenly there is a bright crossing. People can freely and happily wander in the fairyland like a peach garden, listening to the sound of the gurgling streams and enjoying the clear birds' singing. The second section is hidden in the courtyard, looking for a corner of inner peace. When you enter the fairyland, you will feel at ease. Along the path, things move and scenery change, feeling the elegant charm of the courtyard and the interest of seclusion, appreciating the life style of literati and scholars, and finally having a banquet with friends and enjoying themselves.

二、项目主要亮点、工艺

Main highlights and technology of the project

1、【铺装工艺】Paving technology

南入口地面回纹铺装由山西黑烧面、森林绿光面和芝麻黑烧面三种材料组成。首先，施工前期通过优化设计图纸和排版，采用完全对缝的工艺。其次，铺贴时采用竹编工艺，一个压一个，收尾穿插相连，完全闭合。最后施工完毕，不同于之前的工艺，现场勾缝比完成面低3mm左右，使其看起来更加精致，竹林巷道的地面铺装设计形式为208×30×30mm席纹。对缝，对尖，缝宽，平整度等的控制尤为重要。为了将工艺做得更好，采取牵线控制缝、尖、标高，同时，利用卡子控制缝宽。

The pavement of the south entrance consists of three materials: Shanxi black burnt surface, forest green burnt surface and sesame black burnt surface. First of all, in the early stage of construction, through optimizing the design drawings and typesetting, the technology of complete butt joint is adopted. Secondly, the bamboo weaving process is adopted in the paving process, one is pressed on the other, and the end is inserted and connected, completely closed. At last, the construction is completed, which is different from the previous process. The on-site pointing is about 3mm lower than the finished surface, making it look more delicate. The design form of ground pavement of Zhulin roadway is 208 × 30 × 30mm mat pattern. The control of butt joint, butt joint, seam width and flatness is particularly important. In order to make the process better, the seam, tip and elevation are controlled by thread drawing, and the seam width is controlled by clip.

2、【特色水景】Characteristic Waterscape

位于南入口区域的落客亭水体，水体高度随着道路高度而变化，施工较为复杂。水沟与立面均为斜态，施工时需严格控制标高，每隔1m标记。材料采用黑金沙光面与自然面，铺贴时控制高度，方便立面石材铺贴，施工时先贴压顶及水沟立面。其中，压顶为弧形，尺寸由厂家实际放样加工，采用1:1的比例制成800×250×80mm异形石材。立面材料分弧形与直段，为方便现场施工和石材对缝，分别将其制为400×80×50mm和800×80×50mm的规格。同时，为保证后期效果完美，应对压顶进行打磨，使其高度完全一致。

At the same time, in order to ensure the perfect effect in the later stage, the coping should be polished to make its height completely consistent.

3、【植物】Plants

① 六角亭位于桃花源核心庭院，在桃花源中扮演着举足轻重的角色。其乔木——特选乌桕，是通过三渡浙江，二过安徽才敲定下来。栽植时经历了“魔鬼6小时”，在不断调整点位和方向之后，终于将这株乌桕最美的一面呈现出来，与灌木精心搭配后，呈现出与古建筑俱为一体的景象。

② 西侧院墙位于桃花源核心庭院西侧，由于道路问题，无法使用机械栽植。我们通过塔吊吊上后再由人工转进栽植，克服重重困难，这株乌桕与西侧白墙终于融为一体，相得益彰。

③ 竹林巷道，为追求道路通幽的感觉，竹子的放线、栽植以及绑扎，通过不断地校正得以做到更好。栽植时竹子采用对窝形式栽植，竹子与竹子之间的间距为600mm，真正做到了不闷不透，白墙若隐若现的感觉。绑扎时，使用广线拉通，有效保证了绑扎标高的统一，使其更为标准和整齐。

(2) The West courtyard wall is located in the west of Taohuayuan core courtyard. Due to road problems, mechanical planting cannot be used. After being hoisted by tower crane, the Sapium sebiferum plant was transferred to the west side of the white wall for planting by hand to overcome many difficulties.

(3) In order to pursue the secluded feeling of the road, the setting out, planting and binding of bamboo can be better through continuous correction. When planting, the bamboo is planted in the form of opposite nest, and the spacing between bamboo and bamboo is 600mm, so that the feeling of not stuffy and impervious and white wall looming is really achieved. When binding, the wide line is used to ensure the unification of binding elevation and make it more standard and neat. In the middle of the year of gengzi, the people of Shu Han had been sleeping all night long, struggling to walk, forgetting the distance of the road. Taohuayuan is built by craftsmen in Xiyong street. There are no miscellaneous trees in it. The grass is delicious and the fallen flowers are colorful. Those who travel are very happy to go back to Taohuayuan.

庚子年中，蜀汉人夙兴夜寐，奋力行，忘路之远近。匠造桃花源，于西永街处，中无杂树，芳草鲜美，落英缤纷，凡游历者甚悦之，复前行，欲穷桃花源。

临近桃源，便得一门，中有小口，仿佛若有光。便邀友，从口入，复行数十步，豁然开朗。园景平旷，亭榭林立，有楼阁美池苍竹之属。佳木茏葱，山石奇特。其中白璧无瑕，小径蜿蜒，红叶翩跹。鱼戏于池间，并怡然自乐。
