M&P 住宅

这套单户住宅位于罗萨里奥市附近的一个封闭式社区内。现有的建筑构成了一个相当杂乱的房屋群，其中以纯砖石结构为主，用浅色的正面材料装饰。本项目的目标是成为这套房子中的 "多一栋"，把前期的这些特点作为最初的设计目标。

This single-family house is located in a closed neighborhood near the city of Rosario. The existing constructions constitute a quite heterogeneous set of houses, in which pure volumes of masonry predominate, finished with facing material in light tones. The project intends to be "one more house" of this complex, taking these characteristics of the pre-existing as initial design parameters.

该项目从一个空间序列开始组织，从公共街道开始，到私人花园结束，包含在房子的主体体积和位于地段底部的休闲亭子之间。

The project is organized from a spatial sequence that begins in the public street and culminates in a private garden, contained between the main volume of the house and a pavilion for recreational use located at the back of the lot.

从街道上开始的入口路线，在经过一根横梁下时，发现了第一个插曲，这根横梁沿着整个建筑的前面，在2.05米的高度，清楚地标志着私人区域的开始。这个结构元素所包含的空间构成了一个大的中庭，部分为停车场，部分在主入口前向天空开放。顺序继续缩小空间，实木主门覆盖整个跨度，形成入口。在内部，空间是衔接的，并由一个楼梯连接起来，楼梯分四段上升，最后以一个天窗结束，这个天窗一年四季都能把来自北方的光线引到房子的中心。然后，无论是起居空间还是日常的厨房和餐厅，都通过朝东的宽阔走廊与花园相连。这个序列在房子和多功能厅之间所包含的花园中达到高潮（或顶部）。绿地内有一个游泳池，朝向北方。

The entrance route that begins on the street, encounters a first episode when passing under a beam that runs along the entire front of the building, at a height of 2.05 m, clearly marking the beginning of the private area. The space contained by this structural element constitutes a large atrium, partly covered for parking and partly open to the sky prior to the main entrance. The sequence continues with a reduced space where the main solid wood door covers the entire span and configures the entrance. Inside, the spaces are articulated and linked through a staircase that rises in four sections to end with a skylight that takes in the light from the north throughout the year and leads it to the center of the house. Then, both the living spaces and the kitchen and dining room are linked to the garden through a wide gallery facing east. The sequence culminates (or above) the garden contained between the house and the multipurpose pavilion. The green space houses a swimming pool and faces north.

The house, one more, in terms of appearance, reserves for its inhabitants spatial conditions, uses and privacy that enrich daily life.
