随着近年地产市场的不断收缩调整，成本减负成为了许多项目需要面对和平衡的焦点问题，在此背景下，如何平衡成本与品质，在控制成本的前提下如何为用户带来丰富且舒适的品质生活空间，是亟待解决的痛点。

With the continuous contraction and adjustment of the real estate market in recent years, cost reduction has become a key issue that many projects need to face and balance. In this context, how to balance cost and quality, and how to bring users a rich and comfortable quality living space while controlling costs, is an urgent pain point that needs to be solved.

在融创.翰林学府的践行过程中，我们围绕“成本、功能、空间、生活”四个关键词，以“减负/多享”为核心体系理念，打造生长型品质社区景观。从园路、节点、构筑、植物四大方面进行减负；合理利用消防场地+必要性节点设计，创造功能型多享空间，主题性的植物组团打造具有自然包裹感的生长型景观。为用户带来了可以容纳多彩生活，持续生长的居住社区。

At Sunac In the process of implementing Hanlin Academy, we focus on the four key words of "cost, function, space, and life", with the core system concept of "reducing burden/enjoying more", to create a growth oriented quality community landscape. Reduce the burden from four aspects: garden roads, nodes, construction, and plants; Reasonably utilize fire protection sites and design necessary nodes to create functional and multi shared spaces, and create themed plant clusters to create a growing landscape with a natural wrapping feeling. Bringing users a residential community that can accommodate a colorful life and continue to grow.

Space creates a sense of ceremony

挺拔的蓝花楹树阵强调了归家的礼仪感，映入眼帘的浮岛客厅巧妙的成为整个礼仪轴线的端景画面。为业主回家增添了几分别样仪式感，花镜、水景、灯光的搭配也为相对周正的轴线空间增加了几分灵动与柔和，让回家沿途的风景更加多样有趣。

The towering array of blue Jacaranda trees emphasizes the sense of returning home etiquette, and the floating island living room that comes into view cleverly becomes the end scene of the entire etiquette axis. Adding a unique sense of ceremony to the homeowner's return home, the combination of flower mirrors, water features, and lighting also adds a touch of agility and softness to the relatively regular axis space, making the scenery along the way more diverse and interesting.

浅溪、浮岛、乌桕林、临水客厅，简炼的语言，丰富的空间穿插，与中庭空间营造出一处静谧、松弛的邻里花园。

Shallow creek, floating island, Chinese parasol tree forest, and waterfront living room, with concise language and rich spatial interweaving, create a quiet and relaxed neighborhood garden with the courtyard space.

Functional Multi Enjoyment Space

结合消防场地进行空间叠加，创造功能型多享空间。儿童构筑空间的虚实开合，丰富了整个环线的节奏变化，成为整个场所的记忆和焦点，让儿童的纯真与自由，沉浸在无尽的欢乐之中。

Combining with the fire protection site for spatial stacking, creating a functional and multi shared space. The virtual and real opening and closing of the space constructed by children enriches the rhythm changes of the entire loop, becoming the memory and focus of the entire place, allowing children's innocence and freedom to immerse themselves in endless joy.

采用折线代替直线来优化消防通道，改变过于通透的视线感，扑救场地功能艺术化处理，提升景观效果，创造功能多享空间。

Using broken lines instead of straight lines to optimize fire exits, changing the overly transparent visual perception, artistically treating the firefighting site functions, enhancing landscape effects, and creating multi-functional spaces.
