尚都会新座项目位于杭州钱塘江畔，G20峰会主场旁，萧山奥体博览城中心正核。

依托在奥体核心板块这样一个如此高的起点，在开展景观设计时，我们对她亦有遐想。她应该扎根在杭州温婉清秀的历史底蕴中又不失钱塘江畔的时尚活力，大气而不夸张，她应该在非常有限的空间内通过设计手法衍生多重功能和体验，细腻而又自然……

The Project is located by the Qiantang River in Hangzhou, beside the main venue of G20 Summit and the core of Xiaoshan Olympic Sports Expo Center.

Relying on such a high starting point in the core plate of the Olympic body, we also have reveres to her when we carry out landscape design. She should be rooted in the gentle and graceful historical background of Hangzhou and not lose the fashionable vitality along the Qiantang River. She should derive multiple functions and experiences through design techniques in a very limited space, delicate and natural...

杭州，大美之城。

每个人的心中都有自己的杭州，或风雅，或秀美，或富庶，或激进……每一个碎片折射出杭州不同的特质，而都会山所在的萧山区奥体片区，正是生长自杭州传统土壤中的一处新兴群落，蓬勃而斑斓。

我们希望都会山的社区景观，既蕴含传统江南空间秀雅精致的人文理想，同时更能让人在舒缓的环境里自信而勇敢地贴近未来。

Hangzhou, the city of great beauty.

Everyone has his or her own Hangzhou, whether elegant, beautiful, rich, or radical... Each fragment reflects the different characteristics of Hangzhou, and Capitol Hill's Xiaoshan Olympic District is a new community growing in hangzhou's traditional soil, vigorous and colorful.

We hope the community landscape not only contains the elegant and delicate cultural ideal of the traditional Jiangnan space, but also enables people to be confident and brave in the soothing environment close to the future.

建筑以外的空间约两万平方米，主空间由三栋公寓和三栋高层板楼围合而成。风雨连廊成为其中的主线，不强势也不间断的串联起一连串归家空间：酒店式入口、休闲庭院、共享运动场地、趣味架空层……在空间的结构安排中，不论对人流动线的引导，还是留白的阳光草坪，节奏都是缓和的，希望留给人们最大的自我空间：晨光由天穹挥洒，冬青自眼中盈绿，空间气息悠闲而内敛，人是庭院的主人。而这，正是传统的江南院落带给人们的最美好的感知。

Building outside the space of about twenty thousand square meters, the main space of four apartment and three surrounded the house board floor. The wind and rain corridor becomes the main line, which connects a series of home space without any strong or uninterrupted connection: hoter-style entrance, leisure courtyard, Shared sports field, interesting empty space... In the structural arrangement of space, whether it is the guidance of people's flow line or the sunshine lawn with white space, the rhythm is relaxed, hoping to leave people with the largest space for themselves: morning light sprinkles from the sky, Holly is full of green in its eyes, space atmosphere is leisurely and restrained, and people are the masters of the courtyard. And this is precisely the traditional jiangnan courtyard brings people the most beautiful perception.

设计甄选的丛林景墙以近乎消融的姿态映衬着云卷云舒一般的雕塑，玻璃、石材、不锈钢以极其克制的方式组合在一起，形成坚定却不张扬的欢迎画面。雅灰色休憩廊架被精巧地嵌入绿植丛生中，如同从庭院中生长出来一般。在柱廊与置石之间蔓延而绿成一片的草木，人们漫步其中，思绪万千。自然与人的内在联系，会让人滤掉繁杂，心渐轻简。

Design and selection of jungle scene wall with an almost melting clouds scud across stance against the general sculpture, glass, stone, stainless steel with restrained way together, forming a firm but not make public the welcome screen. The elegant grey lounge is delicately embedded in the bushes, as if growing out of a courtyard. Between the colonnade and the stone, people wander through a vast expanse of green vegetation with many thoughts. The internal connection of nature and person, can let a person filter multifarious, the heart is light gradually simple.

社区景观需要的功能性永远不嫌多，再小的庭院也同样需要发现和满足人们的实际需求。人的尺度并没有发生改变，运动与交流的需求，心灵需要的空间，在每一个时代都是相同的。以景观为载体，在庭院中展现最美好的可能性，让相遇更多的发生，孩童得到最初的童真乐园，独处时可享受心灵的宁静与美好。整个社区随处可以亲近自然、为自然所触动，这正是我们在对过往多少年风格化形式符号抽丝剥茧后留下的最本质的设计初心。

The community landscape needs too much functionality, no matter how small the courtyard is, it also needs to find and meet people's actual needs. The scale of man has not changed. The need for movement and communication, and the space for the soul, are the same in every age. Take landscape as the carrier to show the best possibility in the courtyard, so that more encounters will happen. Children can get the original childlike innocence paradise and enjoy the peace and beauty of mind when they are alone. The whole community can get close to nature and be touched by nature everywhere, which is the most essential design intention left by us after we have extracted the stylized form symbols for many years.

当我们讨论景观的时候，除了对城市风物的回应，是否也能意识到每一种伫立都是土地上形态万千的生活存在。宏大或微小，复杂或简单，从蓝图勾勒变成的真实的生活日常。空间或许有限，我们所要追寻的是超越空间之外的设计创意。而这一次，我们采用最现代简洁的设计语言和最温柔克制的营造手法，希望能以最大可能来跨越时代的桎梏和文化的藩篱，设计出东方意蕴的现代国际都会社区。

正如勒•柯布西耶遇见心仪的景色般怦然心动：倏忽之间，我们愕然停下，打量着、欣赏着，一种几何现象在我们眼皮底下展现出来……而这，或许就是景观的魅力。

When we talk about landscape, in addition to responding to the urban landscape, do we realize that each of these stands represents a myriad of forms of life on the land? Big or small, complex or simple, from the blueprint to the real daily life. Space may be limited, but what we need to pursue is creativity beyond space. This time, we adopt the most modern and concise design language and the most gentle and restrained construction techniques, hoping to surmount the shackles of the era and cultural barriers with the greatest possible possibility, and design a modern international metropolis community with Oriental implications.

As le Corbusier caught a glimpse of the scene he desired, we were startled to stop, look at and admire, and a geometric phenomenon unfolded before our eyes... And this, perhaps, is the charm of the landscape.
