项目背景

场地位于江苏苏州吴江区太湖新城CBD核心，临近主干道，链接地铁出入口。该项目为华润在苏州的第一座购物中心，也是其在全国落成的第40座购物中心项目。设计意图打造相互契合的主题性景观空间，集标示性、主题性、展示性、趣味性、联动性于一体商业景观空间。

The site is located in the heart of Taihu New Town CBD in Wujiang District, Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, near the main road and linked to the underground entrances and exits. It is China Resources' first shopping centre in Suzhou and its 40th shopping centre project in China. The design intends to create a mutually compatible thematic landscape space, which is integrated with the commercial landscape space of signs, themes, displays, interests and interactivity.

设计思考

项目开始，从商业购物场所出发，预留了大面积的地上多功能的停车场空间。随着对场地周围环境和需求的深入思考，设计则希望赋予场地更多的公共空间属性，让它和人产生关系，以更人性化的设计，让更多的人能够进入其中，成为一个高参与度和体验感的主题城市商业公园。

The project began as a commercial shopping destination, with a large area of above-ground multi-purpose parking space reserved. With a deeper consideration of the site's surroundings and needs, we give the site more public space attributes, allowing it to relate to people, with a more humane design that would allow more people to enter it as a highly engaging and experiential themed urban commercial park.

项目从建筑的线条出发，提取“万象交汇”的概念，以海岛为设计灵感，以海水之蓝为基调，采用现代、简洁、流畅的线条，打开空间，营造别开生面的活力、趣味的儿童城市公园。

The project starts from the lines of the building, extracts the concept of "convergence of everything", takes the island as the design inspiration, takes the blue of the sea as the keynote, adopts modern, simple and smooth lines, opens the space, and creates a new dynamic and interesting urban park for children.

儿童主题乐园

蓝色，纯净、愉悦，带着一点活泼跳脱。大面积的蓝色，成为这个商间的焦点，让人联想大海、天空，尤如沉浸在无尽静谧的海水中，舒服、放松。儿童主题公园整个面积约1200㎡，以互动装置增强场景的生动性，自带“网红”属性，成为整个场所的记忆点。

Blue, pure and cheerful, with a bit of liveliness jump off. Large area of blue, become the focus of this space, let a person think of the sea, the sky, especially if immersed in the endless quiet sea water, comfortable, relaxed. The children's theme park covers an area of about 1200㎡, which enhances the vividness of the scene with interactive devices, becomes the memory point of the whole place.

场地内，利用高差，营造趣味微地形空间，高高低低，起起伏伏，丰富空间变化。鼓励孩子们在此探索学习，发挥他们无限的想象力。设置互动攀爬草坡、趣味跷跷板、滑梯、互动装置等有益身心的儿童活动设施，让孩子们探索、攀爬等天性完全释放。

In the site, the height difference is used to create interesting micro-terrain space, rich space changes. Children are encouraged to explore and learn here, using their boundless imagination. Interactive climbing ramps, a teeter-totter, slides and interactive devices are set up to allow children's natural instinct to explore and climb.

广场上，环岛跑道，蓝色与灰色的塑胶地垫拼贴组合，营造活力、趣味、创意空间，也鼓励父母和他们一起互动，共同度过一段美好的家庭时光。

On the square, around the island runway, blue and gray plastic floor mat collage combination, to create vitality, fun, creative space, but also encourage parents to interact with them, spend a wonderful family time together.

入口广场

主入口广场，面向城市的主要界面，也是重要的人群集散场所，结合精神堡垒、艺术构筑、特色跌水，打造标示性主入口空间，铺装结合“万象交汇”的设计概念，利用线性铺装引导人流，汇聚于商场主入口。铺装线条跟随视野以竖向排列，深浅色平行排列，具有时空连续性的韵律美感。

The main entrance plaza, facing the main interface of the city, is also an important place for people to gather and disperse, combining spiritual fortress, artistic structures and characteristic water fall to create a landmark main entrance space. The paving lines are arranged vertically following the view, with dark and light colours arranged in parallel, providing a rhythmic sense of spatial and temporal continuity.
