2020年8月20日，DELUTION再次于雅加达推出了一个住宅项目，旨在回应极小场地上的房子的解决方案。在有限的土地上建房子，有很多解决方案，然而，对于这栋位于雅加达南部Tebet的房子，建筑师采取的解决方案是一种垂直的设计，这栋房子倾向于垂直“生长”，空间分区性强。

Jakarta, August 20th 2020 - DELUTION again introduces residential designs that answer solutions a house on small land. There are many solutions to limited land in building a house. However, for this house in Tebet, South Jakarta, the solution taken by the architect was a design with a vertical approach. This house tends to grow vertically with a strong zoning of space.

这栋房子的概念是以STER House这个名字引入的，这个名字来自于Stair House这个词，反映了这栋房子中楼梯的重要性，项目的每一层都由在半室外区域的楼梯连接，绿色环保，与主房区分开，让它看起来像一个楼梯塔，是这个房子的标志。通过这样的设计，家政流线不会打扰到每层的私人区域。DELUTION的首席设计官Hezby Riyandi解释说：“有限的土地使得服务和主通道用两条不同的路线分开效率很低，而客户又希望家庭助理的线路不影响主房间的活动。在每个落地处还呈现了休息区，可以作为坐着休息的地方，因为户内的主要流线则是使用楼梯。为了让这个楼梯区有一个凉爽、开放、被忽视的氛围，DELUTION在这一侧呈现了一个藤蔓形式的绿墙。”

The concept of this house was introduced with the name STER House from the word of Stairs Tower which reflects the execution of the “staircase tower” design in this house. Each floor, STER House is connected by stairs arranged in a semi-outdoor zone, green and separate from the main room zone. Makes it look like a staircase tower that is the icon of this house. With this design, the service circulation will not disturb the private zones of each floor. Hezby Riyandi, Chief Design Officer of DELUTION explained "Limited land makes it inefficient to separate service and main access with two different routes, while client wants the line of household assistant not to interfere with activities in the main rooms". Resting area is also presented at each landing that can be used as a place to sit and rest because the main mobilization in the household is using stairs. In order for this staircase area to have a cool, open and neglected ambience, DELUTION presents a Green Wall in the form of vines on this side.

在103平方米的土地上，建筑面积为210平方米，这也符合多层住宅的概念。一楼的所有房间都是服务区和两辆车的车棚。而其他的主要房间都在二楼和三楼，主卧室与客厅、餐厅等公共房间在同一楼层，三楼的房间则是作为儿童卧室、健身房和天台使用。

On 103 m2 of land, the house has an area of 210 m2 building which is also designed with Upper House Concept. On the ground floor all rooms are for service area and carport for two cars. While the other main rooms are on the second and third floors. The master bedroom is on the same floor as the communal room such as the living and dining areas. On the third floor, the rooms are used as a children’s bedroom, gym room and rooftop.

STER House is indeed designed with a thick green view nuance. With the green wall in the staircase area, communal space barrier on the second floor and staircase area make use of glass material so that a cool green view is obtained. In addition, in the main bedroom is also presented a hanging garden to create a beautiful and cool bedroom as if in landed area. This hanging garden is also the main focus of this house's facade design.
