The project is located in the southern section of Shangyu District, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province, on the south bank of Hangzhou Bay, which is the most high-end and comfortable low-density villa area in Shangyu. With mountains and rivers while taking into account the perfect supporting facilities and traffic, from the dust of the city, with a unique product style, enjoy a hidden noble living atmosphere.

项目以“凤栖云山，九章和鸣”的设计理念，通过礼序的归家轴线，隐贵的生活演绎，高奢酒店的品质感受，复合式的公共社交关怀，现代雅致的光影艺术及自然隐逸的山水底蕴为设计策略，以“一轴六林坊九园二十四巷”的规制，铺陈宁静的奢华园林。园中导入S+LIFE社区系统，强调空间与山景的互动，实现当代人“瞰尽繁华、山水栖心”的自在境界，构建龙山脚下的理想桃源。

The project is based on the design concept of "Phoenix living in Yunshan, nine chapters and singing", through the homing axis of the order, the interpretation of hidden and expensive life, the quality feeling of high luxury hotel, the complex public social concern, the modern and elegant light and shadow art and the natural and secluded landscape heritage as the design strategy, and the regulation of "six forest lanes in one axis, nine gardens and 24 lanes", the quiet luxury garden is laid out. The garden introduces S+LIFE community system, emphasizing the interaction between space and mountain scenery, realizing the contemporary people's free realm of "overlooking the prosperity and dwelling in the heart of mountains and rivers", and constructing the ideal peach land at the foot of Longshan Mountain.

九章，即九个景观章节来串联整个园区的体验，带着连贯和独立的特色，呈现风景和参与行为的变化，在丰富的“步移景异”之中，云栖凤鸣始终将客户最关心的三大关键点，糅融在景观之中——归家、全龄、社交。

Nine chapters, namely nine landscape chapters, connect the experience of the whole park, with coherent and independent characteristics, showing the changes of scenery and participation behavior. In the rich "walking and different scenery", Yunqi Fengming has always blended the three key points that customers are most concerned about - home, all ages, and social.

一条长约250m艺术中轴，从南至北，贯穿整个别墅园，其中“凤仪、醴泉、嘉木、水镜、云洲”五大节点，构建着“渐入佳境”的丰富层次，让人惊艳之余，惊叹其隆重的风景仪式感。

A 250m long art axis, from south to north, runs through the entire villa garden, including "Fengyi, Li Quan, Jiamu, water mirror, Yunzhou" five nodes, building a rich level of "gradually into the best", making people amazing, marvel at its grand sense of scenery and ceremony.

在艺术中轴两侧，“观山、叠琼、云栖、紫云、凤鸣、闲舟”不同主题的六林坊，契合着龙山桃源意境，结合组团坊巷，打造出一个个“推门即达”的独立美学场域，也形成了“让风景拥抱建筑”自然和谐的生态谧境。

On both sides of the art axis, the six Linfang with different themes of "viewing mountains, folding Qiong, Yunqi, purple cloud, Fengming, and idle boat" fit the artistic conception of Longshantaoyuan, combined with the group lane, to create an independent aesthetic field of "pushing the door to reach", and also formed a natural and harmonious ecological milieu of "Let the landscape embrace the architecture".

一场云与心灵的沟通，一场源于自然欢乐之旅.YOUNG 仔在森林中遇到了蹦蹦跳跳的云小七，原来云跳跳云屋小七在建造自己的家园，YOUNG 仔听闻也来帮忙，很快云小七的家园就建好了，并为他取名为跳跳云乐园。YOUNG 仔与小七举办了派对邀请社区的小朋友、大朋友们一起来参加。

A cloud and the soul of communication, a journey from the joy of nature. YOUNG son in the forest met the jumping cloud seven, the original cloud jumping cloud house seven in the construction of their own home, YOUNG son heard also to help, soon cloud seven's home was built, and named him jumping cloud paradise. YOUNG and Seven held a party and invited children and big friends from the community to join them.

童年，不止奔跑在大自然，更嬉戏于“童话宝盒”。这是孩子们的乐园：童趣空间、探索空间、体侧空间、认知空间……让园林向生活打开，找到好玩、嬉闹、徜徉的地方，恰如假日闲暇的游弋，找到心之所乐的场所。

Childhood, not only running in nature, but also playing in the "fairy tale treasure box". This is the children's paradise: children's fun space, exploration space, body space, cognitive space... Let the garden open to life, find fun, frolic, wandering place, just like the holiday leisure cruise, find the heart of the place of joy.

整个设计想要表达的是"出则繁华，入则静谧"的理想生活状态。不仅满足了对生活品质的追求，也回应了人们对自然环境和心灵宁静的需求，这里会成为人们享受自然生活的理想之地。

The whole design wants to express the ideal life state of "out is prosperous, in is quiet". Not only to meet the pursuit of quality of life, but also to respond to people's needs for natural environment and peace of mind, it will become an ideal place for people to enjoy natural life.
