本项目位于外白渡桥虹口北苏州路上海大厦到河南路桥的上海总商会苏州河段的绿化带。周围覆盖办公区，酒店、博物馆、文化艺术展览，居住区等，可以为周边人群及来外滩观光游客提供就近休闲活动场所以及城市形象展示。这里是苏州河黄浦江交汇之处，是一首流淌着母亲河百年音律的花园客厅圆舞曲，本质上来说外滩是上海的一个世界会客厅，最美会客厅花园可以充分体现魔都上海转角里的那个舒适与温度的所在，又根据每段对应街区建筑区块定名为以蓝梦花园，时光花园，信使花园，星空花园。用植入街区建筑与融入苏州河文化的花园来激活整个街区，成为街区更新的典范。
This project is located in the green belt of Suzhou section of Shanghai General Chamber of Commerce in Wai Bai Du bridge, Shanghai Mansions from Hongkou North Suzhou road to Henan road bridge . It covers office areas, hotels, museums, cultural and art exhibitions, residential areas and so on, which can provide nearby leisure activity places and city image display for the surrounding people and tourists to the Bund. This is the intersection of Suzhou River and Huangpu River. It is a waltz of the garden living room with the rhythm of the mother river for a hundred years. In essence, the Bund is a world reception hall in Shanghai. The most beautiful living room garden can fully reflect the comfort and temperature in the corner of Shanghai. According to the building blocks of each block, it is named blue dream garden, time garden and messenger garden Garden, star garden. To activate the whole block with the implanted block architecture and the garden integrated into Suzhou River culture has become a model of block renewal.

这是一个漫步栖息的好地方，在设计中放置了很多雕塑坐凳，让每一位客人走累的时候有个地方能够歇歇脚，同时欣赏艺术之美。This is a good place to walk and perch. Many sculpture benches are placed in the design, so that every guest can have a place to rest and enjoy the beauty of art when they are tired
