The space combines the functions of the demonstration area and the experience area into one, with the design concept of "remodeling classics, exquisite luxury" and "urban gems, brilliant life". Adhere to the law of formal beauty, create a sense of design and space brought by the high-level sense of art and the composition of points, lines and surfaces. Incorporating the landscape into the building itself, the entire space is atmospheric, simple, and advanced. Create high-end residences that are classic, tranquil and luxurious in the era.

将场地划分为主要景观区、核心景观区、次要景观区、和内街景观区四个价值分区，分别对应蓝宝石之光（邂逅都会，星之宝石）、蓝宝石之心（缘舞都会 灵动人生）、蓝宝石之冕（甄稀璃彩 炫丽轻奢）和蓝宝石之熠（光影奇遇 邂逅经典）四大主题。

跌水水景是中心广场的核心，其设计灵感来自宝格丽宝石，融合宝格丽气质，趣味喷水向中心汇聚，菱形元素作为水景侧壁花纹，当阳光透过水面照射到菱形纹理上，恍若看到宝石般的光芒，以规整的轴线为入口带来强烈的仪式感，打造一个轻奢的都会风格景观。作为开放性的展示面，中心跌水、半弧形景墙、阵列种植等，构筑了经典的礼仪入口广场。从平面设计到空间塑造表现出高度一致的整体流线型设计。将建筑、景观、周边环境和人在空间中的感受一体化考虑。

Integrate the architecture, landscape, surrounding environment and people's feelings in the space into consideration.

中庭花园——雍容华贵、静谧奢华

中庭花园处精心考究的连廊使得原本狭窄的场地变得通透敞亮静谧，室内外视线得以渗透，扩大了空间的景深。中心一颗桂花与环形草坪及弧形型大理石配合，形成视觉冲击力的中心，吸引每个人的视线。
