NRDN Architects implemented a project of redevelopment of central part of Troitsk. It is a science town, which recently became an integral part of Moscow but retained its own unique character. Troitsk is home of a number of research institutes of the Russian Academy of Sciences, including Institute for Nuclear Research, Pushkov Institute of Terrestrial Magnetism, Ionosphere and Radio Wave Propagation, Institute for High Pressure Physics and many other centers of academic and scientific excellence.

NRDN事务所决定强调特罗伊茨克的精神，重现苏联科学城著名的 "花园城市"的氛围。建筑局沿Oktyabrsky Prospect建立了行人和自行车基础设施，并对特罗伊茨克的中心广场进行了重建，放弃了大面积的通道和停车位，极大地扩大了广场的面积。作为项目的一部分，设计师们也组织了从附近的房子的商店到广场的一个完整的无障碍的设施。

NRDN Architects decided to emphasize the spirit of Troitsk and recreate the atmosphere of “garden city” which Soviet science towns were famous for. Bureau created pedestrian and bicycle infrastructure along Oktyabrsky Prospect. Bureau redeveloped central square of Troitsk – Akademicheskaya and significantly expanded its area at the expense of passage and parking. Convenient entrances to the shops of the adjacent house and a full-fledged barrier-free environment were organized as part of the project.

得益于此，城市环境质量显著提高。此外，重新开发的物理广场和太阳广场成为特罗伊茨克市新的语义和美学中心，新的景点与街道设施和现代绿地相辅相成。

As a result, the quality of the urban environment has significantly improved. Additionally, redeveloped Physical and Solar squares became new semantic and aesthetic centers of Troitsk. New places of attraction are complemented by street installations and modern green areas.
