项目位于青岛万科东西冯商业街，面对年轻化、追求时尚、重生活品质、重体验的年轻人，我们针对品牌提炼主题亮点，以专业的主题理念带动全区景观体系化升级——商业空间打造专属网红IP形象，以此增强用户与场景主体的连接。

The project is located in Dongxifeng Commercial Street, Wanke, Qingdao. Facing young people who are young, pursuing fashion, focusing on quality of life and experience, we refine the theme highlights for the brand, with the professional theme idea, the whole landscape system is upgraded into a stage —— to create the image of Internet famous Ip, and to strengthen the connection between user and scene main body.

我们设计了一个猫的形象IP，富有亲和力，符合大众喜好。设计结合当下宠物经济，抓住顾客心态，吸引人前来打卡拍照。通过夸张的艺术造型，加入热气球、墨镜等时尚元素营造诙谐幽默的氛围，打造IP形象，提高识别度，成为地标性艺术。同时具有美好的寓意，应用于商业界面，猫举手，象征招财进宝、开运致福;象征广结善缘、千客万来。

Ip Image Design a cat image, full of affinity, in line with the public like. Design combined with the current pet economy, seize the mentality of customers, attract people to the card to take photos. 颜色选择上做过许多尝试，最终确定为万科红色，呼应了企业logo形象，红色给人以青春活力、热情奔放、积极向上的感觉。在中国，红色象征吉祥，也绵延地传递了恒久的喜庆气息。

设计融入了现代科技感，LED显示屏，可变换不同的表情，趣味十足。

整个项目经过了绘制手稿、结合场景反复推敲三维模型、3D精准打印小样、根据小样搭建等大实物造型骨架、搭建结构龙骨，手工锻造金属表面、焊接打磨处理喷漆、安装......等过程最终落地。
