AECOM跨学科团队为中国南方水乡古城构建出一座全新的城市地标,展现古都绍兴的深厚历史积淀与独特文艺气质。项目位于绍兴镜湖新区,地上共5层,建筑面积总计6,700平方米,坐落在规划中的地铁2号线绍兴博物馆站北侧,将绍兴老城区与新建成的高铁站完美连接。
Shaoxing Huafa Community Center is designed to become a new urban landmark for the ancient water town of Shaoxing in Zhejiang Province, China, echoing the City’s profound cultural background and heritage.Located in Shaoxing’s Jinghu New Area, this five-story-building with 6,700 square meters of floor space is a key component to the transit-oriented development (TOD) situated north of the planned Museum Station of the future Metro Line 2.This upcoming station perfectly connects the new high-speed railway station and the old Shaoxing downtown area and provides easy access to AECOM-designed Shaoxing Huafa Financial Vitality City, a new financial center with integrated retail, office, hospitality, leisure and residential functions.

该项目的建筑设计与景观设计服务均由AECOM提供。主创团队从绍兴数千年的人文底蕴当中汲取设计灵感,以交错码放的书册作为设计概念,将不同建筑功能模块相互堆叠,营造出层次清晰、布局巧妙的观景平台与悬挑空间。
AECOM's multi-disciplinary team provided architectural and landscape design services for the project. Shaoxing has a strong tradition in the fine arts, especially in writing, calligraphy and poetry, so the structure borrows its design from stacked books and scholarly tomes. These form the building’s massing and create terraces and cantilevers that follow a clear progression.

环绕建筑的主体排布阶梯系统,让人们无需经过室内空间,从地面庭院即可直达屋顶平台,兼具交通、安全逃生及观景功能。建筑的立面也同样沿用书册的设计意象,水平方向的白色百叶表皮好似一页页纸张,与一级级的石板台阶相呼应,形成横向延伸包围整个建筑的立面韵律。
The terraces are connected to the ground floor through a sequence of stairs that integrate into the façade, allowing visitors to arrive at each story without entering the building. The same idea of stacked books is further expressed on the façade as horizontal louvers representing pages and paper. The façade lines extend over to create a system of steps and terraces that connects each floor.

绍兴古城素来以水渠纵横、桥梁精巧而著称,与大运河更是有着深厚的渊源,因此 “水流”这一元素作为景观设计灵感在项目中得以充分展现,同时在设计中注入现代活力,以此塑造古韵与现代气质高度结合的建筑景观风貌。
AECOM’s talented landscape designers took inspiration from Shaoxing’s connection to water as the ancient city is also characterized by ubiquitous waterways and exquisite bridges and has a deep-rooted bond with the Grand Canal.This became the main driver for the project’s landscape design, which conducted a sensible approach to sustainability, took careful attention to local tradition, and functioned as an extension of landscape from which it merges.

建筑主体与植物层次、镜面水景无缝衔接,从上方俯瞰向下,犹如一叶小舟漂浮在水面之上,重现茂林叠石、惠风映墨、游吟流觞、绿池畅叙的空间意境,达到建筑与周边景观的自然融合,相得益彰。
The landscape and the architecture merge at the ground level, seamlessly making the building appear to float on a mirror of water and immersing the upper floors in abundant vegetation. It manages to combine water and lush green vegetation with a modern architecture design.

低碳环保的设计理念被充分植入到该建筑的DNA。项目的设计与建造均围绕可持续理念实施推行,应用被动式建筑节能技术,降低建筑能耗,尽可能减少污染,注重人、环境和建筑的协调统一。
The aim of sustainable architecture is to construct a well-designed building that is healthy for the residents, has minimal undesirable impact upon the environment, and is effective in the use of natural resources.Besides site considerations and building techniques, all the resources that go into the building, such as materials and fuels, and the understanding of the users’ needs are all considered to create the green building.
△ 人与建筑和谐一体 The harmony between humans and architecture
建筑外立面选用的横向条状铝板,既能遮挡夏季阳光的直射,又能在冬季成为室内漫射光的“光架”;立面的参数化设计,使其在遮光系数、材料成本及开放与隐蔽空间的衔接等各方面考虑因素间实现最优的平衡,达到环保低碳的要求。
The façade materials are consistent all around the building – light grey and white aluminum with a dark steel structure. The aluminum profiles that cover the façade have a double function of providing shade from direct sunlight in summer and diffusing light as a light shelve in winter.The parametric design of the façade achieves an optimal balance between shading coefficient, material cost and the connection of the open and hidden spaces to meet the requirements of environmental protection and low-carbon standard.

独具匠心的节能设计在项目四层的室内泳池体现得淋漓尽致。综合考虑上翻梁的承重结构、协调外立面效果和天窗结构,达到向东一面的天窗玻璃呈30°水平夹角,巧妙地实现绿色节能功效。穿过天窗投射进室内的光线,会因一天中的不同时刻和一年中不同季节的时间推移,而产生奇妙的光影互动。
A culmination of the interior functions, the pool on the fourth floor is one of the highlights of the design. To further elevate the quality of the space and increase the amount of natural light inside, the project team developed a system of skylights that works together with the main structure and adapts to the conditions on the site.The skylights right above the pool have been designed with an angle to open towards the east. In the morning, the sun can directly filter through the glass and heat up the space. In the afternoon, light bounces against the reflective metal surface and illuminates the pool indirectly.

此外,融于建筑设计本身的遮阳系统、通风系统、智能化控制系统、保温隔热等节能措施,可实现73%的节能效果;经过雨水收集、凝结水回收等节水措施,则能降低35%的用水量;在项目建造过程中选用当地材料、回收再利用材料及本土树种等方式,都从不同角度助力推动建设绿色可持续的建筑物。
In addition, energy saving measures such as shading system, ventilation system, intelligent control system and heat insulation integrated into the structure design can achieve an energy saving effect of 73 percent. Through rainwater collection, condensate recovery and other water-saving methods, water consumption can be reduced by 35 percent.Careful attention to local tradition, utilization of local materials and integration of local vegetation allowed the project team to create a modern and sustainable building that will enrich the communities that it serves.
