在接到委托后，我们已经可以想象一间个性且有态度的美食店出现在上海闹市区。在查看越南粉店的位置后，对空间有了更多想象。这间沿街店铺，临地铁出口，自带氛围小广场，品牌店高密度聚集，往来人潮如流。虽然属于商场，却有独立的气质，何不把一部分空间还给街头，赢得更具活力的社交场。

After securing the commission, we can imagine a gourmet restaurant with a sharp attitude appearing in downtown Shanghai. More details about the location we check, more imagination about space have flashed. This restaurant along the street is close to the subway exit and has a small square with its atmosphere, high-density gathering of brand stores, and crowded with people. Although it belongs to a shopping mall, it still could be independent. Why not return part of the space to the street and energize more dynamic for social space.

我们打开多余的墙面，借用开放的立面模糊室内外的边界，达成借景展示和互动。室内能够容纳58人，外摆舒适就餐区可接纳16-28人。客人在外摆区域可以更放松，感受晴好天气与街道氛围；半室外的窗台内外区域则能享受通透视角；室内回形区域动线保证高流转，向内聚拢人气，向外散发出随性自在。

We open the redundant walls and use the open facade to blur the boundaries between inside and outside, to achieve landscape display and interaction. It can accommodate 58 people indoors, and the dining area outside can accommodate 16-28 people. Guests can relax more in the outside area and feel the fine weather and street atmosphere. The semi-outdoor window sill allows customers to enjoy the perspective angle. The dynamic line of the indoor return area ensures high circulation, gathers popularity inward, and exudes random freedom outward.

这是我们与FAT PHO合作的第二家店铺，业主喜爱HipHop音乐，与我们想要的随性态度不谋而合。内部整体空间布局灵活，利用排烟，创造开放西厨结合座位区的方式，双条炉灶，双向操作，打造出火热氛围。吧台是整体空间的视觉中心，设置了DJ台，并在此增加酒和烧烤的业态，白天嗦粉唠嗑，晚上喝酒烧烤音乐，如同冰与火的碰撞。

This is our second store designed for FAT PHO. The owner fancies HipHop music, which coincides with the casual attitude we want. In the design of the internal space, we placed the seating area beside the double stove to create an open dining space. The chef can cook in two directions on two stoves, creating a fiery atmosphere in space. The bar is the visual center of the overall space. A DJ station is set up here, where guests can enjoy wine and barbecue. Enjoying pho during the day, drinking and barbecuing with music at night, the experience is like a collision of ice and fire.

同时在整体空间中，我们通过不同材质及色彩的使用，强化了冰与火的反差感，并在细节中调整着用餐体验。店铺专属的珊瑚色，与金属的冰冷、玻璃砖的朦胧形成对比，质感层层叠加。吊顶上挂着“冰块”，美丽又危险，每一块均需开模打样，耗时良久但效果不凡。散落在空间中不同造型的自然材料，透露出更强烈的亚洲元素。这间时髦而有序的街边餐厅，不庸常却留有烟火气，以充满活力的形象打破循规蹈矩，期待让更多人在街头也能享受到美食与充满趣味的空间。

Our design, using different materials and colors, has strengthened a sense of contrast in the interior space, creating an atmosphere like the collision of ice and fire. Meanwhile, creating a comprehensive dining experience by adjusting the design details. The overall color of the restaurant is an exclusive coral color. In terms of texture, the cold metal and the hazy glass surface form a contrast, enriching the texture of the space. "Ice cubes" are hung on the ceiling, which are beautiful and express a sense of danger. Each piece needs to develop a mold and sample, which takes a long time to create an extraordinary effect. The natural materials with different shapes scattered in the space reveal a stronger Asian character and style. This fashionable and orderly street restaurant is filled with the smell of pho, breaking the rules with a vibrant image. It looks forward to allowing more people to enjoy delicious food as well as the interesting space on the street.
