滨江金茂府位于浙江省杭州市滨江区，是杭州首个府系项目，也是浙江首个荣获breeam认证的住宅项目。

Binjiang Jinmao Palace is located in Binjiang District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province. It is the first palace series project in Hangzhou and the first residential project in Zhejiang to be certified by BREEAM.

赛石园林在景观打造上采用新古典主义庭院的营造手法，注重“英式花园”的立体感官体验，在格局上注重空间的层次、情绪的递进和礼序的演进。主入口或对景处多用名贵树种，包括罗汉松、黑松和胸径50-60公分的大香樟等。高层区通过入口之尊贵、一轴一厅之崇礼、五园之寄情，形成登堂入室、层次递进、由礼达情的空间礼序。叠墅区则塑造了二轴崇礼、三园寄情的递进空间感受。邻里、都市、儿童三大主题活动区的景观设置更注重营造生态、健康、休闲、优雅的生活环境。

Sunnystone Landscaping Group adopts the neoclassical courtyard construction method in the landscape construction, which pays attention to the sensory experience of the "English garden", and pays attention to the level of space, the progression of emotions and the evolution of etiquette in the layout. Valuable tree species are used at the main entrance or opposite scenery, including podocarpus pine, black pine, and large camphor with a diameter of 50-60 cm. The high-rise area forms the space which has the sense of entering the hall, stepping by level, and expressing emotion with etiquette through the honor of the entrance, the worship of one axis and one hall, and the emotional sustenance of the five gardens. Townhouse area has shaped the feeling of stepping by level with the worship of two axes, emotional sustenance of three gardens. The landscape of the three major subject activity areas, neighborhood, urban, and children, pays more attention to creating an ecological, healthy, leisure, and elegant living environment.

整个园区景观布局以仪式感取胜，尤其是两个造型廊亭，其中一个正中更有一整面墙的西湖山水纯铜浮雕，浮雕前方长长铺开层叠的浅水池，朵朵金莲洒落其中。为了在一定尺寸内更好的展现出自然西湖的美，工程师们多次深化设计、打样，整面铜板采用锻造的形式，每一处凹进突出点位人工打造，使整面浮雕更有立体感与欣赏感。

The landscape of the whole project win with sense of ceremony, especially with two modelling gallery pavilions, one of which has a whole wall pure copper relief of West Lake mountain and water in the middle. There is a shallow pool before the relief with blossoming golden lotus flowers inside. In order to better show the beauty of natural West Lake in a certain size, engineers have repeatedly detailed design, proof. The entire copper plate is in the form of forging, and each recessed protrusion is artificially built, making the entire relief more three-dimensional and appreciation.

“水”的设计成为小区无处不在的细节，31米超尺度一线镜面水景，塑造超常规仪式感。前侧水景区域放空天际线，收纳动人天景；节点处景观大乔，增加场景精神感；同时放置休憩设施，形成更好的亲水体验。喷泉、叠瀑和树岛间水声潺潺，连廊结合水景及植物空间隐藏墙体，从流动肌理、线性铺装到柔化界面，营造上善若水、关怀备至的体验。

“Water” is designed as a detail everywhere in the community. 31 meters super mirror water view shaped super ceremony sense. The front water view area highlights the skyline, accommodating the beautiful scenery ; The big arbors at spot landscape increase the sense of spirit; At the same time, with some facilities, the area forms a better water accessibility experience. The fountain, the waterfall and the tree island are full of the rippling sound of water. The corridor combines with water view and plant space hidden walls, from mobile texture, linear paving to the soft interface, which creates an experience of good water and care.
