在高大的树木密林中，在山顶的极限处，一个孤独的狭小空隙露出了一小段蓝天，在这个被遗忘的空间里，新的礼拜堂就坐落在那里，向着东升的太阳，只面对独特的风景。

Within the dense forest of tall trees, a lonely narrow gap reveals a tiny section of blue sky,at the very limit of the hilltop.There, in that forgotten space sits the new chapel, looking towards the rising sun of theeast, and facing onlythe unique landscape.

大地教堂是一个平台，一个开放的结构和空间体验，在这里，人们可以在视觉和身体上享受建筑和自然在一个空间。

Earth chapel is a platform,an open structure anda spatial experience where the community can visually and physically enjoy architecture and nature in one space.

开放性的外立面使教堂将周围的自然环境融入到室内气候中，建筑构图由一个木箱组成，悬浮在地面上。这个简单的结构转化了它所拥有的功能的纯度。

The openness of the façade allows the chapel to incorporate the surrounding naturalenvironment into the interior climate.The architectural composition consists of a wooden box, hovering over the ground. This simple structure translates the purity of the function that it holds.

只有一块轻质混凝土板位于屋顶的木质结构之上，以木棍为界，外墙允许阳光从缝隙中溜进来，极大地照亮了神圣的空间。树木的碎片形成了立面，人们看到树枝漂浮在地貌之上。高出地面1.6米，人们只有低头才能进入教堂，以示对圣地的尊重。一条1米宽的缓冲带将外部与内部空间隔开，在远离的地方，起到了两个 "世界 "之间的过滤作用。

Only a lightweightconcrete slab sits on top ofthe wooden structure of the roof.Bounded by wooden sticks, the facades allow the sun to sneak in through the cracks,lighting dramatically the holy space. The tree debris forms the elevation as people see thebranches floating above the landform. Elevated 1.6 meters above the ground level, one can only enter the chapel by bowing hishead; as a sign of respect to the holy space. A 1-meter-wide buffer zone is created to separate the outside from the interior space, in away, play the role of a filter between the two “worlds”.

另一方面，在空旷的空间内，一种生长的自然气息，从下到上侵入建筑，使教堂有了某种自然的心跳。礼拜堂可以放置在任何一片森林中，根据周围树木的高低、形态和质感的变化而变化。夜晚，点燃的室内灯光让温暖的光芒从教堂飞向寒冷的森林，让人联想到山间的篝火或灯笼。

On another hand, a growing nature inside of the empty space, invades the architecturefrom bottom to top, giving the chapel some sort of natural heartbeat. The chapel can be placed in any forest,changing heights, form and texture depending onthe surrounding trees. At night, the lit interior allows a warm glow to soar from the chapel into the cold forest,evoking the image of a campfire or a lantern in the middle of the mountain.

最后，小教堂展示了一个受保护的空间，一个自然的避难所，神圣的，被树木、植物和常春藤所保卫，总而言之，项目主要的想法是展示小教堂周围的生活，远离人类，曾经被遗弃在森林的中央。

Finally, the chapel illustrates a protected space, a sanctuary of nature, sacred, enchantedwith trees, plants and ivies.About the short: The main idea was to showcase the life around the chapel away fromhumans, once left away in the middle of the forest.
