EMIL NAKIJIN is a 5 room minimalist luxury hotel located 160m above sea level, overlooking the nature of Okinawa. The site is located on the mountain of Nakijin, Okinawa Prefecture, Japan. Position edatop a north-facing cliff, the endless nature spreads out below, with a panoramic viewof the East China Sea.

根据设计图，道路通向酒店南面，各客房的位置都可以俯瞰北面悬崖上的景色。每间客房的内部由床位、客厅空间和淋浴间组成。每间客房的外部由一个露天浴池、一个露台和一个无边泳池组成。室内和室外通过大型定制的钢制推拉门连接。

According to thelay out plan, the road leads up to the south of the hotel, where each guest room is positioned to over look the view on the north-facing cliff. The interior of each guest room consists of a bedspace, livingspace, and a showerroom. The exterior of each room consists of an open-airbath, a terrace, and an infinity pool. The interior and exterior are connected via large custom-built stain less steel slidingg lassdoors.

另一方面，酒店的南面通道呈现出一个巨大的外墙，没有任何开口。通往客房的走道是一个只允许光线从庭院进入的空间，力求与客房形成对比的空间。

On the other hand, the southern approach to the hotel presents a massive facade with no openings. The walkway leading to the guest rooms is a space that allows light to enter only from the courtyard, aiming for a space that contrasts with the guest rooms.

从酒店南面的步道进入客房后，眼前出现的是美得令人窒息的无边大自然。打开玻璃门，室内、室外、自然、海洋无缝连接，自由的感觉扑面而来。

Upon entering the guest room from the walk way in the south of the hotel, breath taking and boundless nature appears before you. Opening the glass doors, the inside, outside, nature, and the ocean are seamlessly connected and the feeling of freedom over whelms you.

建筑元素包括最小的地面、墙面和屋顶。最小化的色调，以白色为主的空间只有本质和名词性的装饰，让不断变化的自然光、色沙空气被摄入。在这个空间里，你可以在呆在室内的同时感受到户外的美好。

Architectural elements comprises minimal floors, wall sand the roof. The minima list, white-based space has only the essentials and nounnecessary decorations, allowing the ever-changing natural light, color sand air to be taken in. It is a space where you can feel the great outdoors while staying inside.
