基地地处雨花区，隶属雨花经济开发区环保园板块，是长沙的“东南门户”。拥有的得天独厚的自然环境优势，成为现代都市中环境优美的 “绿色之城”、交通便捷宜商宜业的 “幸福之城”。

The base is located in Yuhua District, under the environmental protection Park plate of Yuhua Economic Development Zone, and is the "southeast gateway" of Changsha. 时光氤氲了湘江的弯月，浪漫了雨花亭的夕阳，历史更迭中，长沙雨花区，复兴着长沙“山水洲城”的诗意情韵。

设计思考

项目坐落于住宅区内部，远离市政干道，如何让景观更好地引流，进一步展示给更多的人？

The project is located in the interior of the residential area, far away from the municipal trunk road. How can the landscape be better drained and further displayed to more people?

我们将以景观延伸段搭配展示区的组合设计，将前场售楼处空间打造成仪式引流通关景观，充分利用场地与周边资源，以森林不同角度的视觉景象作为设计灵感，将引人入胜与豁然开朗之间的开合变化作为景观设计手法，营造多维的空间感受和观览体验，融合自然风光与人居环境，把“深林”带人生活，打造森林城市展示区景观，与森林一同呼吸，开启一段全新的森林之旅。

We will use the combination design of landscape extension section and exhibition area to make the front sales office space into a ritual drainage and customs clearance landscape, make full use of the site and surrounding resources, take the visual scenes from different angles of the forest as the design inspiration, and take the opening and closing changes between the attractive and the suddenly bright as the landscape design technique, so as to create a multi-dimensional space feeling and viewing experience, and integrate the nature Scenery and living environment, bring "deep forest" to people's life, create the landscape of forest city exhibition area, breathe with the forest, and start a new forest journey.

景观以  “与森林一同呼吸”为设计概念，根植长沙生态环境优势，提炼森林自然场景融入新中式造景手法，设计尊重场地现状，巧妙布局景观流线，强调空间体验，以此加深场景记忆，营造“森之云——森林之上，云端漫步；森之光——森林之间，光影婆娑；森之径——森林之下，繁花似锦；森之谷——穿越森林，寻幽探胜”的4大特色景点。

Taking "breathing with the forest" as the design concept, the landscape is rooted in the ecological environment advantages of Changsha, refines the forest natural scene, integrates the new Chinese landscaping techniques, respects the current situation of the site, ingeniously arranges the landscape streamline, and emphasizes the spatial experience, so as to deepen the memory of the scene, and create "forest cloud - walking on the cloud; forest light - dancing between the forests; forest light" The path of the forest is full of flowers, and the valley of the forest is a unique scenic spot.

同时切合场地高差与融入景观主题，重点打造示范区后场景观森之谷的“三重礼序空间”，更深层次的打造云端漫步，光影婆娑，繁花似锦，寻幽探胜的多维度立体景观体验，引入龙湖生态、健康、交融、精筑、人文五重维度，塑造现代都 市中全新的东方美学生态人居场所。At the same time, in line with the height difference of the site and the theme of integrating into the landscape, it focuses on creating the "triple ritual space" of viewing forest valley in the post scene of the demonstration area, creating a multi-dimensional three-dimensional landscape experience of walking in the cloud, whirling light and shadow, colorful flowers, and exploring, and introducing the five dimensions of ecology, health, integration, fine architecture, and humanity of Longhu to create a modern city It is a new oriental aesthetic ecological living place in the city.

初见 • 森之云   ——日盛云梯

初见森之云，其以恢弘的景观电梯融合精神堡垒，气势恢宏，昭示醒目，锻造了极具视觉冲击的入口景观。人在云梯上行走，仿佛在云端漫步。

For the first time, senzhiyun combines the spirit fortress with the grand landscape elevator, which is magnificent and eye-catching, forging the entrance landscape with great visual impact. People walking on the ladder, as if walking in the clouds.

探步 • 森之光——林境礼阶

The light of forest

穿越云端来到森之光，层级的景观阶梯坐落镶嵌在花境之间，拾级而上，随着每日时间的变化，以不同时段的光通过植物的枝叶透射下来，形成的形态各异的光影效果，森林小径，树下荫影营造出了一种美轮美奂的神秘气息。

Through the clouds, you come to the light of the forest. The hierarchical landscape ladder is embedded between the flower borders. With the change of time every day, the light of different periods is transmitted through the branches and leaves of plants, forming different forms of light and shadow effects. 觅林 • 森之径——竹林礼道

Looking for forest, the path of forest

来到森之径，以竹林观光车道，层叠彼伏的景观栈道、舒适惬意的观景平台与休闲廊架组合搭配，以合理巧妙的设计手法相互贯通，人们穿梭在他们之中，好似穿越一条时空隧道。

When you come to senzhi path, you can see the bamboo forest sightseeing lane, the cascading landscape plank road, the comfortable viewing platform and the leisure corridor. With reasonable and ingenious design techniques, people shuttle among them, as if through a time-space tunnel.

置身在森林之中，随着车辆的前行，景色的变化，大自然的别样景色与气息带给了人们与众不同的体验，让每个细胞都在森之径中随着路径的变化而欢呼雀跃。

Being in the forest, with the development of vehicles, the change of scenery and the different scenery and breath of nature, people have a unique experience, and every cell is cheering with the change of path in the forest path.

悠享 • 森之谷——后场景观

森林之谷藏于森林之畔，穿越幽静的树林，豁然开朗，森之谷景映入眼帘，寻幽探胜礼仪入口进深第次展开，售楼处景观森之谷整体围绕  “壹见 • 礼门、贰寻 • 幽径、叁游 • 雅园” 的景观礼序结构，塑造  三重景观  礼序空间，尽显东方美学之典范：

入口景观墙横向对称并立，前后高矮错落，左右矗立着两尊威武气派的石狮，景墙和地面石材处理彰显了项目高端品质，点缀古典纹饰装饰，烘托出入口空间的奢华和典雅。

The landscape wall of the entrance is horizontally symmetrical and side by side, with the front and back high and low at random. There are two powerful stone lions standing on the left and right. The landscape wall and ground stone treatment highlight the high-end quality of the project, dotted with classical decorative patterns, and set off the luxury and elegance of the entrance space.

进入入口内庭，身处极具东方美学特色的内庭空间，正对景墙布局借鉴了传统建筑空间，迎面的对景景墙搭配假山松石，以简练的设计手法和含蓄的意境表达，续写东方美学之精髓。

整个入口布局具有强烈的轴线序列，层层深入，与其后建筑交辉相应，谱写“壹见 • 礼门”的递进礼序。

【贰寻 • 幽径】五重绿化过渡空间

Five green transition space

五重绿化过渡空间以曲径通幽的花间绿径为主，曲折的石阶小径掩映在绿植之中，行走其间，逐级而上，让人感受步移景异的独特山谷意境之美。

The transition space of Wuzhong greening is mainly composed of the green path between flowers with winding paths, and the zigzag stone step path is hidden in the green plants. Walking in it, you can feel the unique beauty of the valley artistic conception with different scenery.

光影婆娑，林下疏影，投落在石材上，虚实结合，若隐若现，龙湖五重绿化凸显出对于景观的严格把控，搭配臻选石材，以匠心工艺筑造，在步移景异的行进中，尽显“贰寻 • 幽径”之山谷意境之美。

【叁游 • 雅园】中心水景景观空间

中心水景景观空间以小见大，映水叠山，通过掩映的礼阶来到一个开阔的溪池，空间开合之间，突出中心水景的宁静雅致。

The center waterscape space is small to see the big, reflecting water and mountains, through the ceremony steps to an open stream pool, between the opening and closing of the space, highlighting the tranquility and elegance of the center waterscape.

水畔的休憩木平台，占据最好的景观视角，让在此商务洽谈的人对面的自然风光尽收眼底，搭配精致的软装，再现生活化场景，休憩之际惬享自然之趣。

The rest wood platform on the waterfront occupies the best landscape perspective, allowing the business negotiators to have a panoramic view of the natural scenery opposite. With exquisite soft clothes, it reproduces the scene of life, and enjoys the interest of nature during the rest.

城市为门，竹林作序，闲庭信步，尽揽盛景。循山入境，寻觅桃源之幽；拾级而上，匠筑人居之美；引水泽鱼，尽显东方意境。日盛林茂，奕奕其境；出则繁华，入则宁静。
