项目定位为中海京府系产品，在寸土寸金的北京，园区面积狭小，且分为东西两个独立小区，从东西住户心理的平衡性出发，我们需要考虑功能，景观元素等诸多方面的均好性设计。

设计最初，中海甲方朋友对当地居民的居住需求展开调研，并反馈给我们。大部分住户希望自己小区有一洼池水、亭子、儿童活动健身场所，更多的树，隔离城市，有一个安静、舒适的小区环境。我们从用户需求出发，做了大量的调整，把空间放松，简化精炼，最后呈现落地。

以“麻雀虽小，五脏俱全”的宗旨，假山、跌水、亭、桥、轩榭、枯山水，应有尽有，琳琅满目。

The project is positioned as a product of Zhonghai Jingfu. In Beijing, where the land is very golden, the park area is small and divided into two independent communities, east and west. Starting from the psychological balance of east and west residents, we need to consider the balance of functions, landscape elements and many other aspects. Good design.

At the beginning of the design, the friends of China Shipping Party A conducted research on the housing needs of local residents and gave feedback to us. Most residents hope that their community will have a pool of water, pavilions, children’s activities and fitness places, more trees, isolate the city, and have a quiet and comfortable community environment. Starting from the needs of users, we made a lot of adjustments to relax the space, simplify and refine, and finally present it to the ground.

With the tenet of "the sparrow is small, it has all five internal organs", rockery, falling water, pavilions, bridges, penthouses, dry mountains and rivers, there are everything in sight.

帝都风华Imperial Capital Fenghua

京城，坐居泱泱华夏中原地区，一直以来被作为经济重镇和文化高地。帝王气脉的烙印使项目所在地—中关村在时代洪流中始终蕴藏一股恢弘而深邃的稳重。项目的设计初衷是于一方宁静中再现帝王盛世之繁华，营造住宅区华贵韵致的居住氛围。

The capital, located in the Yangtze River Central Plains of China, has always been regarded as an important economic town and cultural highland. The imprint of the imperial spirit makes the project location—Zhongguancun always contain a magnificent and profound stability in the torrent of times. The original intention of the design of the project is to reproduce the prosperity of the emperor's heyday in the tranquility of the side, and create a luxurious and charming living atmosphere in the residential area.

尊贵古雅Noble and quaint

本案以现代新中式风格为基调，整体布局沿用恭王府花园尊贵大气的空间艺术，从五进式四合院落的组合灵感出发，以严谨的中轴线贯穿和对称为主要手法，并着重于景观营造延伸建筑细节，打造尊贵华美不失古典雅致的人居环境。

This case is based on a modern new Chinese style, and the overall layout follows the noble and atmospheric space art of Prince Gong’s Mansion Garden. It is inspired by the combination of five-entry courtyard courtyards, and uses a rigorous central axis to penetrate and contrast as the main technique, and focuses on the extension of landscape construction. Architectural details create a noble and beautiful living environment without losing the ancient elegance.

一街两府三轴十景One street, two houses, three axes and ten sceneries

狭长的空间布局，为严格的中轴贯穿、两侧住宅区沿中轴对称的秩序奠定了基础，建筑楼群宽敞的间距，则支撑起景观错落有序的排布和多进式空间组合，彰显了东方院落清晰的组织之美和线条灵动的圆融之美。营造古典园林无处不可画，无景不入诗的意境。

正门威严肃穆，遒劲有力的笔画勾勒出尊贵大气的仪式感。门柱上雕琢出檐垂花，与其上部的枋头雕饰、两侧雀替及后排梁枋相互映衬，古朴的营造手法承载着古王府工匠的别出心裁，传承皇家礼序，彰显皇家威仪气势。

从住宅区穿过，参差错落的绿植背后演绎着从楼群至明净水景的过渡，顺着青灰石阶，踱步进入曲折蜿蜒的紫云轩长廊，廊侧佳木葱茏，奇花闪灼，隐约间虫鸣鸟叫，更显幽静，别具风采，打造归家流线体验空间。

中海社区全景追求写意和灵秀，依托当地浑厚的文化底蕴及现代精巧的造景手法，在经纬间交错相携，明暗冷暖呼应，色彩流动变幻中铸就高妙的音律上的美感；更在造园中借助景观小品散逸清朗雅致的风华，力求实现自然运动变幻的博远浩渺，使居者感知今人造园的真诚和独立性。

Relying on the strong local cultural heritage and modern and sophisticated landscaping techniques, it is staggered between the latitude and longitude, and the light and dark are echoed by cold and warm.
